AgentSignal is an AdText AI product for real estate professionals. These Terms apply when you access AgentSignal or create an account. Please read our Privacy Policy too.
What you receive
AgentSignal runs a fixed set of sample questions through supported AI providers to check which agents they mention. You can see a visibility score, recommendations, competitor mentions, available source links and suggested actions. The results are snapshots of specific provider responses, not audited market rankings or guarantees of how every AI user will see an answer.
We do not control external AI providers or third-party websites. Their answers can be incomplete, inaccurate, change over time or refer to the wrong person. Check important statements and sources independently before relying on them. AgentSignal is not a real estate agency, legal adviser or guarantee of leads, listings or sales.
Accounts and responsible use
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure and only submit agent profiles and materials you have permission to use. Don't submit client financial information, private client records, identity documents or other sensitive material in scan questions or bios.
Don't abuse access controls, interfere with the service, scrape customer data, create fake accounts to bypass limits or use the service unlawfully. We may restrict access when reasonably needed to protect the service, other users or legal obligations.
Free and Pro plans
A new account currently includes one free visibility scan across ChatGPT and Gemini. An active Pro subscription currently includes four visibility scans per subscription billing period, including Claude coverage, along with access to up to ten AI bio optimisations per billing period. Extra checks and other features are only included if explicitly shown in your plan.
A scan normally counts towards your allowance when it is started, even if an AI provider later fails or returns an incomplete response. If a technical issue prevents a useful result, please contact us so we can review it. Unused scans do not carry over to the next period unless we say otherwise.
Prices and recurring payment
Your subscription price, currency, applicable taxes and billing frequency will be shown before you confirm payment in Stripe Checkout. We may offer limited-time introductory prices; any such offer applies only as described at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Pro subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can use Manage plan in your AgentSignal account to access Stripe's billing portal and cancel. Cancelling normally stops the next renewal while access continues until the end of the paid period shown in your billing details. Cancel before your next renewal if you don't want another charge.
Refunds and remedies are handled according to applicable law, including any non-excludable consumer guarantees, and we will consider billing mistakes or service failures when you contact us. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. We won't quietly change an existing subscriber's agreed price without appropriate notice or consent where required.
Availability and changes
AI services, third-party sources, internet connections and cloud hosting can fail or become temporarily unavailable. To prevent unexpected cost or misuse, scans may also be paused by safety or spending limits. We try to maintain a useful service and explain interruptions but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or identical results on every scan.
Features, providers and allowances may change over time. We will take reasonable steps to explain material changes, especially those affecting active subscriptions or data handling. If a change materially reduces the service you paid for, contact us about the options available.
Your content and shared reports
You keep any rights you have in profile content and bios you provide. You allow AgentSignal and its service providers to process that material only as needed to operate the features you've requested and protect the service. This does not give you ownership of third-party articles, provider responses or other people's personal information.
Reports are private to your account unless you create a share link. You are responsible for deciding who receives that link. A shared link can be revoked and has a 90-day expiry, but recipients may have saved their own copies before access ended. Avoid sharing information you do not have the right to disclose.
Limits on liability
AgentSignal is a decision-support tool, not an assurance of business results. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of AI-generated recommendations or third-party information. We do not exclude any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under New Zealand law.

These Terms are intended to operate under New Zealand law, subject to any mandatory laws that apply to you.
Updates to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the product develops. We'll publish a new date and take reasonable steps to notify users of material changes before they take effect. We won't apply new charges retrospectively without a lawful basis.
